Pondichery - Tindivanam Tollway Limited

 Project Overview
 

The IL&FS Engineering Services-NCC Consortium has been awarded a BOT project to upgrade the road section between Tindivanam and Pondichery in Tamilnadu. The project purview covers designing, engineering, construction, development, finance, operation and maintenance of the existing two-lane road in the section from Km 0 to Km 37.92 on NH-66, to four-lane configuration. The Concession Period is 30 years. An SPV, Pondichery-Tindivanam Tollway Limited has been incorporated for the purpose.

The project is a part of National Highways Development Project Phase IIIA being undertaken by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), the concessioning authority of the project. The upgraded road would provide a major relief to the heavy traffic commuting between Tamilnadu and the Union Territory of Pondichery.
