To bridge this widening gap between demand and supply, IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited forged alliances with various power players and is planning to implement projects in various projects aggregating to 7311 MW of power projects. The total financial requirements for all the projects shall approximately be INR 40,000 Crores. This challenge of making Greenfield projects into reality calls for a high degree of leadership skills & programme management techniques. In order to achieve this daunting task, a dedicated team is in place and effort to build more resources for effective project implementation is in progress.
