Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited ( A Joint Venture of HUDA and INCAP) has taken up the construction of eight-lane access controlled expressway as Outer Ring Road to Hyderabad City Phase-II (Narsangi to Patancheru) 23.700 Kms – Contract Package – AP2 From Km 12/0 to Km 23/700 ( Kollur to Patancheru) is part of Outer Ring Road to Hyderabad City. IL&FS Engineering Services is the contractor for this project. The long-term objective of the project is to construct a highway link to Hyderabad City in order to reduce the high traffic congestion in the main city, to provide uninterrupted access to new developments like International Airport etc., and to serve as better transportation mode in future.

The Phase – II Package –AP2, from Km 12/0 to Km 23/700 comprises of construction of eight-lane expressway to a length of 11.700kms includes Rotary Interchange, ROB, Patancheru Interchange and construction of Service Roads, Box, Slab & Pipe Culverts, Major & Minor Bridges, Pedestrian Under Passes , Vehicular Under Passes and construction of RE & Retaining Walls at specified locations between Kollur and Patancheru.
