This Buildings & Structures (B&S) project entails construction of Staff Quarter, Guest House, Administration, Cafeteria, Mess, Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel, Academic, and so on. The project completion period is 15 months.
The scope of work includes Design & Engineering, Electrical Works, Fire Detection & Fighting System, Interior Fitout Works, External Landscape Works, External Infrastructure Services, Civil & Structural Works, HVAC Works, PHE Works, IT & LV System Works, External Development Works, and so on

The project involves Civil Structure, Finishing, UPVC Doors & Windows & Low side Services Works of Residential Towers (Single Basement + 13 to 16 Storey building) Nursery & Primary School, Shopping Centre, EWS, Swimming Pool, Club, Boundary Wall, Entrance Gate, and Façade Finishing. The project has to be completed within 36 months.

Integrated Township for Jammu & Kashmir Government
IL&FS Engineering Services has received an order from J&K Government for construction of an integrated township project at Jammu. What makes this project more important is that it is one of the largest townships developed by any state government in terms of area.
The township will have 176 blocks. The total build up area will be approximately 21 lakhs sq. ft. including community hall, parks, roads, compound walls and so on. This is built for Kashmiri migrants, mainly the Pandits and is funded by Prime Minister's Relief Fund.
The construction period is 24 months from the start of the project. The project start date is September 7, 2007.

Civil Construction work for Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Ltd.
IL&FS Engineering Services executed three projects for Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Ltd. (RGTIL) at Suryapet, Bidar and Sholapur at the project cost of Rs. 20.16 crores. Reliance Gas transported the gas from KG Basin to its Plant at Jamnagar in Gujarat. |

| To be able to constantly sustain the pressure required to pump gas, a Compression Station was constructed every 200 Kms starting from KG Basin through Jamnagar. IL&FS Engineering Services was awarded the project to execute the civil construction in the said contracts. |

Alluri Sitaramaraju Academy of Medical Science Center – Andhra Pradesh
500 bedded Hospital Building, Operation Theatres, College Building, Hostel Buildings including internal and external services at Alluri Sitaramaraju Academy of Medical Science Center at Eluru, West Godavari district in Andhra Pradesh. The total build-up area of this construction is around 6 lakhs sft. and the project was completed in 2003. |

NAVAC Project - Kerala
IL&FS Engineering Services has received an order from CE NAVAC (Naval Academy) for construction of a hospital complex, Commandant’s residence and other civil works at Ezimala in Kerala. NAVAC is Asia's biggest Naval Academy set in a picturesque location on the Arabian seacoast. This project was the dream child of late Rajiv Gandhi, who had laid the foundation stone. The hospital works include provisions for all modern amenities, and a prestigious building complex.
Interestingly, there is a mythological story attached to Ezimala that stands apart for its beauty. It is believed that during the great epic of Ramayana, Hanuman while carrying Sanjivini mountain to save the life of Lakshmana, accidentally happened to drop a small piece in this area. As a result, this hillock is believed to be rich with herbs that have medicinal value.The construction period is 18 months from the start of the project. The project start date is November 7, 2007. |
